Leslie Maglitta, soprano, performs frequently in oratorio, opera, chamber music, cabaret, and musical theatre. Solo engagements include Handel's Israel in Egypt with the Assabet Valley Mastersingers, Brahm's A German Requiem with the Masterworks Chorale, Vivaldi's Gloria and Schubert's Mass in G with the Paul Madore Chorale, Bach's Magnificat with the New England Classical Singers, recitals at the Boston Public Library, and the Faculty Recital Series at New England Conservatory.

She was the featured soloist in the premiere performances and recording of the Mass of Eugene de Mazenod, a work commissioned by the Vatican and recorded at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC. Upcoming performances include Menotti's chamber opera The Telephone at the Boston Public Library, faculty recitals at New England Conservatory and Boston Conservatory and cabaret performances throughout the area.

Ms. Maglitta is currently on the voice faculty of Boston Conservatory and teaches privately in Cambridge. She is the recipient of the "Outstanding Teacher Recognition Award" by the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts, the "President's Key for Outstanding Academic Achievement," and is a member of the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society.
