Thomas Jones, baritone, has appeared with orchestras, opera companies, choral ensembles, and on recital series throughout North America, Europe, and the West Indies. Engagements include The Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra, San Francisco's Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, Boston's Handel and Haydn Society, The Vancouver Chamber Choir, The Canadian Broadcast Orchestra, The Phoenix Bach Choir, The Louisville Bach Society, Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic, and many others.
Festival appearances include Shenandoah Bach Festival (Virginia), Great Waters Music Festival, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Berkshire Choral Festival, and Monadnock Music. Opera companies include Boston Lyric Opera, The Harrisburg Opera Company, and Opera New England. Other New England engagements include Worcester Symphony, Nashua Symphony, Boston's Pro Arte Chamber Orchestra, The Back Bay Chorale, The Dedham Choral Society, The Newton Choral Society, Coro Allegro, and the Masterworks Chorale.
Mr. Jones has appeared under the baton of notable maestros such as Christopher Hogwood, Nicholas McGegan, Thomas Dunn, John Alexander, Jon Washburn, Joel Revzen, Robert Page, John Oliver, and Tom Hall. Thomas Jones was a semi-finalist in the International Bel Canto Foundation Vocal Competitions and a two-time semifinalist in the New York Oratorio Competition.
